It's About Life tells the story of me and my dad. It illustrates the life we shared, from my beginning to his end.

I illustrated it for my dad, who fell ill at the beginning of September 2008. He used to call me little bear when I was small, and that was the source of inspiration for this book. He was my best friend, my rock and my hero.

I wanted to show him just how important he has always been to me throughout my life. I gave him the book in person when I traveled to Europe the following April. He passed away two weeks later.
